Pre-Registration for the Conference

is available till - January 5th, 2009

TO ALL ADMINISTRATORS:
The Virginia Moose Association will be offering pre-registration for the upcoming Mid-Year Conference.

The process will be VERY simple.  Please fill out the attached form, one (1) for each person you are going to pre-register. Please PRINT CLEARLY or type them, it would defeat the purpose if we have to reprint name badges due to misspelling. You may return completed forms at any time from now until January 5, 2009.  ALSO, please remind those that you pre-register that they do not need to register upon arrival.  We had many lodge officers who registered again, or attempted to.
Please include any position currently held by individual at lodge, positions to include Past Governor.  If no position is held, list as member.  List amounts due-from registration down, to include any tickets you may want to purchase.  Show total at bottom.

Send completed form to VMA Office, with a check made out in the appropriate amount included.  Any tickets purchased will be included in your registration badge when it is picked up at convention.  You may still purchase tickets at convention should you choose to wait until then.  Pre-registration is NON REFUNDABLE.  No refunds will be given for anyone who does not show up.

Upon arrival at conference, regular registration will be available.  Those who are pre-registered will simply need to present membership card to Paula and pick up name badge.

Any questions please contact VMA office at 434-237-3006 or email at vmaoffice@aol.com.

Looking forward to a great conference!

The Osmond Brothers have been booked to perform at the 2009 International Moose Convention in Chicago, at the Convention Extravaganza on the evening of Tuesday, May 26 in the Sheraton Chicago Ballroom!

The Osmond Brothers have entertained millions performing in front of audiences worldwide for almost 50 years. They perform all styles of music from pop and rock to country and even barbershop-style! Their close harmonies have sold over 80 million albums; they have 47 gold and platinum records to their credit.
